This June I was fortunate enough to photograph the wedding of Pippy and Michael at the Royal Appollonia in Limassol, Cyprus.
This was my first destination wedding and I was pushed out of my comfort zone. An outdoor ceremony in blinding sunlight and intense heat was a new challenge for me, but i am really pleased with the outcome of the pictures. I am happy to share a selection of these below.
Pippy and Michael are one of those couples that are just meant to be and their Cypriot wedding with thirty close friends and family suited them perfectly.
I had the pleasure yesterday to photograph Erin Edith’s Christening. It was a beautiful service held at the truly stunning St Helen’s Church, Sefton. Designated as a world heritage site in 1968 no less.
Please have a look at some of the images captured on the day. Look closely and you will spot another photographer, with what looked like a Nokia 3210!
The party was held at Hare and Hounds in Maghull, which was rather busy on a nice sunny Sunday afternoon. So I whisked the family over the road to a little woodland area I had spotted, for some family portraits.
I recently got to meet baby William at 10 days old, to shoot a lovely newborn mini-session with him and his big sister. A perfectly behaved baby, peaceful, sleepy and a professional model in the making!
When it was time for a little break for William to feed, Hannah was only too happy to jump in front of the camera on her own!
Last night I was asked by the very talented and creative team at Maddison J Creations to come along and take some pictures of their fabulous venue dressing at the beautiful Thornton Manor.
The scene was set at the atmospheric Lakeside Marquee with huge bay trees, floating candles, rose petals and plenty of sparkle! Maddison J Creations is able to achieve your wedding decor dreams whatever you have in mind.
Its great taking photographs in such a stunning location and I hope to return to Thornton Manor soon.
